Haway mate the whole thing stinks. Why’s he suddenly interested in bringing people to the party when he’s been happy to sit there and do nowt whilst watch Donald sell off our young players just to avoid putting any money in.

But if this is true then KLD is the majority shareholder and in full control of the club, he decides who does what full stop and the other three are just there for the ride.

i doubt he has that much he couldnt lie straight in bed that bloke, he must have been debating what to do and stalling and messing people around for months over this, he always wanted to keep a chunk for the next payday and it shows now why they will not talk with William, because he wants a 100% buyout but the extra 7 mil he offered is not enough for SD the greedy tosspot!

Why would KLD even sign up for that. If he wants to acquire more of the club down the line it’ll cost him more money if there’s any success. Success that would be from his investment whilst Donald, Methven and Sartori have ran us into the ground.

I’m not even convinced our value goes that much upon promotion and the costs will only increase. He’s doing himself over imo.

Agree completely. The key was for Donald, Methven and Sartori to be unable to form a majority. That's done, it's a takeover and I for one am happy if KLD has anything over 50% as it means he's in control.
 
I'll be glad if KLD gets full control, but disappointed if it's only 51% tbh. Yes it means he gets the final say, but not sure how much he'll be investing if he only reaps 51% of the benefits. I know it was never really likely but I'd feel a lot better if he had 80% or something. Need to hear his plans though, other clubs have billionaires and do nowt, be interesting to see how aggressive /ambitious he is going to be assuming it goes through

That will all be built into the sale agreement. He'll be well aware of how much the further tranches will cost, and the conditions under which it will have to paid. Any amount will be small change in the context of the £2bn he's worth.

I would say it depends though on if KLD & JS are part of a consortium (new company set up) that is going to own 71% of Madrox but between them they own 51% and 20% respectively of the new comapany where it will make it easier for more big hitters to join them
 
The twat twins will be here until the summer after our next season in the PL unless Oxford come up for grabs or KLD/Juan make them an offer they can’t refuse. Theyve a need to swan around the big boys boardrooms. That’s why heels are being dug in. The reflected failure so far won’t help em when Oxford becomes available but being able to spin that they ”saved” safc and returned them to the PL will maybe make their previously hated Oxford bid more palatable to its fans/media etc.
That’s all anyone needs to know.

as they did the other 2 times

I dont understand how fans still cant grasp that

he pretty much outlined this exact scenario the very first week he bought the club man

True mate but you know yourself that the cost of going up probably outweighs what the club value would be.

It’s going to cost him decent money if he wants to be challenging at the top and Donald is only gonna benefit from that whilst not putting a penny in.

But the value of the shares in the club will rise nonetheless because of the increased status. Standard profit-based valuation methods simply don't work in football, as most of the value is in the perceived goodwill element relating to league status. The club's infrastructure also gives an asset value disproportionately high for the division. In any event, I suspect that the real trigger would be promotion to the PL, not the Championship.
