Yeah, something along those lines. That's pretty much the worst case scenario, and it still means

KLD runs club as majority shareholder in Madrox
Donald has no say beyond what is built into his legal agreement specifically
Even collectively, the three amigos can't stop KLD doing what he needs to do

So it's great news even if Donald has more than we hoped.

Odd that JS has dropped out, wonder why?

I reckon it’s to ensure KLD gets the majority. Donald and Methven likely stood firm as this is their golden ticket.

KLD and JS had agreed to own 80% between them, which seemingly SD was happy enough with.

Sounds like in order to get KLD the overall majority, JS has agreed to drop his share of the 50/50.

If this is true and if Juan is willing to do this then it says to me that he’s just trying to help Donald get investment into the club because SD is skint. Really worrying, we won’t see the back of them anytime soon.

Allowing Donald to keep a larger share is basically just bailing the fat fucker out.

The prick that reckoned that this was a footballing challenge and would leave when he wasn’t wanted. Hope RAWA and the fan groups put immense pressure on him if this is completed. I know I will be.

I’ll celebrate the takeover and the fact we are majority owned by a billionaire first, then go back to trying to get Donald further out second.

We’re already partly owned by a billionaire mind but we’ve still being selling our brightest young players to keep the meter running.

If KLD is buying into madrox then presumably means they don’t even have to pay the FPP loan up?
