Maybe, but this was sold as a takeover, that it most definitely it’s not, well certainly what I think of a takeover is someone taking over complete power, it looks more like a PR exercise set up by Charlie imo and he’s getting the lead role, even if when it is announced it says he’s head of media. You're right I don't want to believe that people are siding with an attention seeking, COVID denying, absolute weapoin of a man.
Monkeys with typewriters etc etc

Speakman making the football decisions, if Donald has any involvement don’t be so sure it will be left to Speakman, Jack Ross was employed to make football decisions but the short fatman from Oxford could help himself! The biggest problem of Donald and Methven was always the on pitch issues. I don't think many people had a problem with them trying to make the club self sustainable. So now that we know Speakman is making all football decisions, I'm not as concerned about the background men as I was. Ideally they would still all fuck off, or at the very least Charlie, but it doesn't concern me that Rodwell is running the business side of things or particularly that Donald is in the background.

Reads to me that Sartori is borrowing money from someone (I’m guessing KLD). Sounds like a load of bullshit anyway.Sartori. He hasn't mentioned KLD for whatever reason.

You do realise that this astute financial observation is being made by someone whose own company was compulsorily wound up by the Court only a couple of weeks a go .For the first time ever he may have a point.
Like most people I have no time for William Storey, but something isn’t feeling right about this redistribution of shares at the moment that I will say and it’s certainly not a takeover. You do realise that this astute financial observation is being made by someone whose own company was compulsorily wound up by the Court only a couple of weeks a go .
It's a touch of the Pot and Kettle to say the least

What’s been told is it’s another bit for sartori, the French lad Dreyfus gets 38% same as JS in total and Donald then has 18% and Charlie his 6% so that’s redistribution in my eyes anyway. What redistribution of shares?

No one person, company taking over, so it’s not a full takeover, at all.
So that’s a redistribution of shares and one person getting 38%.

I am assuming that its not some sort of a charitable "redistribution" of shares and that the people who are going to hold the majority of them will have paid for them. Usually when people take the biggest financial risk in a company they demand the biggest say in how its run - that's just common sense, Under the original arrangement Satori didn't hold a controlling interest in SAFC but he appears to be buying more shares along with this new guy to give themselves a significant controlling interest. So on the basis of what we have heard so far it appears that there's certainly going to be a shift in the balance of power regarding who will be making the final decisions.
I suppose whether people want to think of it as a "Takeover" or not is really up to them. I don't think what seems to be happening here is particularly unusual in the world of business it does happen. There are even things like "Hostile takeovers" where the original owners don't want to sell at all but they find that the majority of the shares have fallen in to the hands of another group and basically they are kicked out of the driving seat. I guess that in football we are just more used to entirely new people buying up the whole of the Club and all the old shareholders moving on.

None of us have any clue of the relationships between them, we also don't know who does or doesn't want to be involved and to what extent. Sartori for example has shown absolutely no inclination to be involved in running the club, maybe KLD will be the same, maybe he won't.But but but Sartori is SD and Methven’s pal so he’s going to side with them and therefore Donald and Methven are still in control (completely ignoring the fact that KLD is Sartori’s man).
