The way he's talking it sounds very much like Donald etc will remain.

I would be more comfortable with all of this if the takeover was officially announced, I understand it looks like it's been sorted, but until it's confirmed you just never know with the two dickheads in charge. Also find it odd that despite it seeming like Dreyfus and Satori are calling the shots (can't see Donald and Methven trying to put a structure in place) but it hasn't been announced formally yet.

I just find it strange why it hasnt been confirmed yet we are sacking the manager and appointing sporting directors

With the current shareholders agreement, they can "advise" in the background until the legal formalities are completed. It sounds like everything is more or less signed off, but something that needs to happen first hasn't, if you see what I mean.

Sick of reading about those two. I dislike them but they have piss poor shares. More than they should but not enough to make decisions.

New owners and a decent sounding sports director will do for me. Speakman spoke of getting the full recruitment process moving in his Tyne tees interview. So what manager he chooses will do for me.

I absolutely hope not, this is supposed to be a new regime but what the hell is going on, they sack a manager and don’t have a replacement lined up, it smacks of Donald and Metvhen.

Just for change clueless.

Deals do brake down however and it will be pretty embarrassing for the club if Dreyfus pulls out now(for whatever reason) having already appointed the Sporting Director. To me, it seems very strange announcing a Sporting Director before an actual takeover, doesn't make sense and I very much doubt this happens in normal takeovers of clubs.
