the investment in dell did probs collapse because of Donald wanting a say, the fact this isn’t Shouldc tell you all you need to know
If the crack is satori, Donald and Cm will hold 60% of the club
I mean how is this good news? Just bringing another joker into the fold
That's just nonsense, we hit absolute rock bottom when SD went for Parkinson as manager last time around. The man was a clapped out dinosaur, set in his cautious ways and the opposite of what was required. Everyone knew that yet SD still chose to appoint him. The only way we could go lower on that front would be to reappoint PDC and even SD wouldn't be that insane.Mate I am an eternal optimist, however we will know if big money is coming our way by who is appointed manager. If its cowleys ,then weve hit rockbottom.

I think there is talk is that KLD and Sartori will have a 50%/50% split in a NEWCO which will, in turn own, 80% of MADROX. The other 20% owned by Methhead and Donald. Donald will be a silent partner (wants nothing to do with the club, nor any decisions moving forward other than his share of the pie should be get promoted etc..)
Sartori has sought out KLD and increased his share holding. This would be a much better outlook if this was the case. It would also allow for further individuals to come on board with the NEWCO later down the line.
There are two scenarios here. The one I state above and the one you state. It's impossible to state which it will be until we categorically know which it will be. If it is the one I state, it is much better and shows Saroti aligning himself with KLD and the NEWCO. If it's the latter then question marks can be asked.
He wasn’t willing to come
You are a good poster and Im an optimist too. As an SAFC supporter for 50 years you have to be.Mate I am an eternal optimist, however we will know if big money is coming our way by who is appointed manager. If its cowleys ,then weve hit rockbottom.
Did he sack any with a 30 year employment record with the club?....I doubt it!Murray sacked plenty and took them to court over money.
So if Dreyfus and Sartori fall out in the future as tends to happen with these things nothing gets done![]()

Oh well we can dismiss it then !Riv posted it on 606 apparently
Sadly i think you are spot on. The next manager selection will reveal all.Poyet will have turned it down because there’s no takeover, no money and no hope for the future. Donald is going nowhere and this 22 year old is just talk, he won’t be getting on board.
All the sages and ITKs on here said this would be done and dusted by now ? That everything had been submitted for EFL ratification ? Anyone else think this is going to rumble on through the January window until SD doesn’t have to open his wallet. Given Taylor already part of the current cost base I can see him staying put for the foreseeable as he’s just a continuity Parkinson

Hi mate, hope you and family are ok up there.I think most people are missing the point I'm making. Its that I don't believe we are getting a takeover by a rich foreigner if cowleys or cook etc.are appointed. It smacks of SD CM fiddling with shares but really nothing changes.Dont know if the new fellah is in France or in Swiss, but cant see him rushing over here to appoint the cowleys. So most of my posts today have been aimed at SD CM who I think are taking the piss again..You are a good poster and Im an optimist too. As an SAFC supporter for 50 years you have to be.
However, I dont share your view on the Cowley's. I think they are the best young up and coming thing out there...potentially a MON at Wycombe, a Moyes at PNE or a Howe at Bournemouth in his early days.
If we are not going down the big name route (appreciate there are pros and cons with this) we have to go for the Cowley's.
Talk of Cooke and Johnson would be Parkinson MkII and I would say we truly have reached rock bottom. However the Cowleys are not in that category imho.
What does that actually mean? Some other wealthy people are going to dilute sartori's and the young French kids share by buying a portion of their stake down the line? Why wouldn't they buy Donald's/methven's stake? Why wouldn't they come in now? With (allegedly) future investment into that 80% from other big hitters
It’s absolutely possible you are right I just have no faith it is as anything these 3 have done so far has been disingenuous
I just still think they’ll have an influence personally.
This is what I floated on the day it was announced, as it makes the most sense for everyone. In the end though, if it's only two of them, one of KLD or Sartori must have a final say in how that company runs it's interest in Madrox even if the shareholding is equal, and therefore that person is the de facto controlling shareholder in SAFC too.
It's a bit easier if it's 3 of them, as it means one shareholder can't act unilaterally because the other two can outvote them (assuming 33.3% each). I'd definitely feel more comfortable with that ownership consortium if there was another new person involved to avoid JS having final say.
Essentially though, as long as it's a Newco, Donald and Methven's % don't convey any power to them to influence decisions unless it's baked into the Shareholder Agreement on specifics.
The overwhelmingly likely scenario is that the people in any new consortium vote on how the consortium runs Madrox, which in turn is 80% of the votes in SAFC's shareholder regime and therefore can't be outvoted by any other Madrox shareholders.
I think it's been well proven (many times), that he knows actually fuck all.riv said poyet manager schwarz director of football
