But they need the investment to sustain the club.... hence needing him. I really dont think theres anything to worry about.

Imo he's committed to owning the club and should we need further investment he'll increase his shares in club.

its been the longest drawn out take over in football history. One question I would like to answer is ..Why ?, apart from Covid19, why all the silence ?, surely at this point, contact could of been made with podcasters fanzines or fangroups to say, not to worry chaps, its all sweet as a nut, but nothing, and they wonder why people are cynical. 🤔

The problem comes if there is a disagreement / falling out (and lets be honest with CM still involved its likely a matter of time). Potentially JS joins his 2 mates to get his way

hopefully there will be something in the deal that prevents that and a guaranteed full buyout once promoted

On the surface i get your concern but money talks. A billionaire investing in the club will bring its own t's and c's. I guarantee he will ensure he can control his investment. Ultimately he will have to bin all 3 of them if they side against him... imo this wont happen anyways and they'll be trying equally hard to make it work together... they have to!!!

They said they were in an advanced period of exclusivity when they cancelled the RAWA meeting. Not sure what else they can say.

I know the pain Mate. Supporting my club just brings everything to light thus I can reflect on your thoughts.
You simply have to ride the storm as it will pass. In the meantime emotions run wild, give up, stick it out as the loyalty card. The latter always for me but it’s really tough. Sunderland will come through this.

You will feel helpless and hopeless until you believe in an alternative direction.
Just think when it comes right again, like an uncoiled spring.
Hopefully soon Mate.

However much sartori invested is either owed to him aside from shares (loan to company) or he will have shares representative to his investment. Or donald and methven borrowed off him personally to invest in club.

The fact that sartori is going to be heavily invested with new setup tells me that he had things exactly as he wanted them when investing previously otherwise they could just turn him away and take his dosh.

He invested without being able to control the investment, so nothing to say KLD wouldn't do the same. We don't know anything about him or his intentions.
