I suspect he's trying to build up his image as an international business man with access to rich backers in the hope no one looks too closely.

Pre-internet he would have been thought of as a British eccentric, however now that Twitter is a thing he can correctly be classified as a [insert here].

They left before the others. Technically, it has to be Ndong, because we hung on to his registration till he coughed up in January 2019.

with what's happened recently you really can't blame people. this is heralded as a takeover and bringing in someone with decent financial clout and a family already owning a top european club is fantastic news BUT for us mere mortals at least it seems like investment and not take over (if Kiril is coming in as a minority shareholder with 40%).
I have no idea what Sartori's relationship with SD is and what this shift in share ownership means until we see it in practice, the hope is that the decision making and direction of the club will be fully in the hands of Kiril and JS and not JS/SD (Methven's 5% doesn't mean much in that context).
Methven by his own words and deeds does not deserve any role at the club. if he wants to sit in his lounge room in oxford and watch his shares in us increase then that's fine, if he's back at a role at the club day to day, or heaven forbid back on the board then this is clearly not any sort of a takeover and more like the investment SD has always said he's looked for.

you may already know the answers to that and can't say but the rest of us don't know we're just sitting waiting for the day when one or other is confirmed and feeding off the tit bits floating around. i desperately want this to be the trigger to get us back heading in the right direction and end this absolute shambles. i'm also not shooting the messenger so please don't think that.

I am not the poster called Niall Quinn's Dad on 606. Can't believe I have to say that, but someone is obsessed with the idea that I am. I literally disagreed with him at the time and I still disagree with him.
