It's pretty obvious why, it means the current owners will have 60%, albeit split differently.
 
I have nothing to base this on, but I suspect that the Sporting Director would be appointed at Madrox level with the CEO of the club reporting to him. The Sporting Director having a broad DOA and overall approval on signings etc..... He is likely to be appointed to the board of Madrox. Madrox would then expand with Sunderland being only one part of their portfolio. If other clubs are acquired internationally they will all have similar reporting lines....

All pure speculation, but that would be logical in my opinion.......

You missing the number of times I'm using words like "think" or "believe", or phrases like "been reported". Everyone is speculating, because the only ones who know for sure are the protagonists. Unless you think I've got hotllnes to Geneva and Montevideo installed.

I'd think more Sunderland, with the CEO of SAFC reporting. SAFC being the operational company and Sunderland strategic. SD reports to the board of Madrox. By the way, CM has never left the Madrox board.

Maybe but I specifically was referencing where you said CM had fallen out with SD and SD wished he'd never bought SAFC in the first place.

CM has personally given me his thoughts on Donald (last year). And the way things are going, the appearance is that of Donald wanting nothing more to do with us. It's obvious that Rodwell is just keeping things ticking over.
