Dressing room has gone....

Parkinson has fell out with Leadbitter and Power. Two captains have had it out with him.
The young’uns have also kicked off about lack of chances.
He has been told to get McGeady fit for January when he can be re-registered.
He knows he is out but won’t walk as he wants the pay off. SD is refusing to pay him off as it will be his cost not the new owners.

according to who?

I don't know about the dressing room but I can't watch his interviews, they depress me so much. His demeanour and body language make me almost suicidal so God knows what it does for people who are supposed to be working for him!
Neither a man-manager or tactician. Struggling to see how he got the job in the first place, insulting from the owners. I’d trust many people would be able to replicate the shit job he’s doing, clown.

Nothing personal Vauxie, but when have you ever revealed sources? Yet you are expecting the OP to. A bit rich don’t you think?
It may be true or it may not but it is plausible the way they are playing
Sources? What you on about? I only have one person who tells me stuff and it is a trusted source.
Are you new on here?
Sanderson was brought in as the Xhemajli replacement in position terms - and Feeney is back in training.
Good news on Feeney hope he gets back.

The manager is shite and so is a good chunk of the first team. Everyone pointing the finger at each other, whilst accepting little responsibility for their own actions.

A shit show from top to bottom.

I know the younguns are kicking off at the lack of opportunities and there’s a players who’s signed a new deal totally regretting he did.

I’m one of grants biggest critics, he should never have been signed, but he’s here and he cares.
It’s a disgrace that Grant is considered critical to the team, but it’s a fact we can’t ignore now.
Power, Dobson, clearly are a waste of space, or is it Phils fault for playing them so deep.
Dobson looked better for the U23's v Fleetwood where he was in a kind of box-to-box role than he does for the first team when he's asked to sit deep

Poor bait.
Doing OK until the McGeady nonsense.

That’s gutting to hear. Hopefully a change of manager sees more opportunities for him.

It’s the only way you can play him for me. He doesn’t have the technical ability or footballing intelligence to play the regista role.

He had some good games in a flat two man midfield last season in my opinion.

McGeady is registered already though surely
Not registered in the named squad. We cant make changes to the squad until Jan 1st, when he could be brought back in.
Its a bit ironic Jurassic banging on about the salary cap, when he has frozen out one of the clubs highest earners in McGeady.

Parkys utter bullshit about ‘creating a pathway’ for young players is one of his most egregious fuckups in a very long list. Actively damaging the clubs future. And it isn’t like it wasn’t utterly predictable from day one either.

It’s the one that has me most angry. I could almost put up with the style of play, even the abysmal/non existent game management and use of substitutions and all his other faults if he was using and giving opportunities to the Academy lads and demonstrating that clear pathway.

I’m half expecting McFadzean to usurp Hume in the next few games meaning, with Gooch out, we have a full starting eleven of brought in league 1 plodders at the expense of the Academy lads. As I keep banging on about, it’s as much about the message it sends out to the current Academy lads and potential recruits as it is the product on the pitch (which is seemingly in no way improved anyway).

My biggest remit to any new manager/coach coming in would be to implement and demonstrate that pathway. If that’s too intangible then I’d quantify it and stipulate that x number of academy players must be on the bench and x must get x minutes.

I think the OP has just made assertions based on whats going on at the moment, I don't believe they have a source (my apologies if you do actually know people), but it's pretty clear even to us outsiders that the club is a complete mess at the moment again.
