If you knew then what you know now would you have given up your time and energy to help the new owners with the renewal?
Must admit that personally I think the SOL looks a lot better. Emptier, even without the virus, but much better

I think the seats were the first example of their ineptitude, lack of planning and attention to detail and penny pinching.I know a lot of supporters could not give a fek about the seats but if you are going to do a job at least try to do it properly.Firstly they had a bright idea of having red and white stripes pattern ordered the seats then realised it would not work as the blocks are not aligned (lack of planning). So then they go for the white corners which is better than the faded seats but just doesn't look right. Then they do the lettering in plane white without black highlighting seats which when compared to the east stand looks amateurish and a lack of attention to detail.

Then they get the fans to get them to fit the seats which hundreds were happy to do and that's great but they gave them a pie and a beer (cheapskates)They could have offered them a fair recompense such a such as free tickets to cup games ,free tickets for family and friends for a few games and it would not of cost them much but no they got a fekking pie and a pint............Writing was on the wall for me from that point as if you dont get the small details right you have nee chance with the bigger stuff.

A lot of people pointed out at the time that it was small time and cheap to get the fans to do it. A lot of the more gullible people among our support fell for it which was quite cringe to watch when you seen people on here saying we’ve got our club back and there’s a connection again.

Folk can’t see the wood for the trees unfortunately

This was the start of a big plan to sort things out and they've literally done fuck all since.

Don't really understand the thinking behind it.

An idea from a fan which they went with. I did it twice and had a good laugh. Went with my dad and my oldest son. Met loads of mlfs some of whom I had a couple of beers in the bar with afterwards. If things had worked out differently on the pitch since then it wouldn't be viewed as it is now with such suspicion. There's a million things that they can be slated for and this would be very low on the pecking order

The stadium looks a damn sight better than when it was left to rot by a billionaire who'd given up.

To be fair to them some of the fan groups mooted the idea first and they jumped on it and made a mess of it in my opinion,,Couldnt be bothered to order a few black seats to make a professional job of the lettering .i hate to say this but even Bain orginised a decent job on the east stand.I guess don only forked out for the seats as it tarted up the sol for when he showed buyers around as it looked like a second rate dilapidated stadium when empty and would not give a good impression ..........
