A number of players were off their game today, as well. Only Gooch looked consistently dangerous (and he gave away the free kick for their first goal).

A team that hadnt won an away game in a year with loads of injuries.

The manager and players should be shot. Beyond embarrasing and the manager has to be sacked.

I have to ask what you were watching , because until they sat back on that lead after HT , their MF was a class above ours , pace, always looking to pass forward opened us up and could have scored more first half. Even when we were on top , we gave a masterclass in passing sideways and backwards.
 
That chance was a sitter though and it just seemed a lazy, half ared wffort

Aye OK if been tagged into a few :lol: That was appalling. I've always maintained that things can change quickly and any Sunderland manager in this league is only 3 or 4 games from the sack. I stand by that sacking him before today was wrong and you cant go sacking managers with the points haul he has had this season and since January. However that result changes things - I don't think he will be sacked with immediate effect but if we don't win our two tough away games which will coincide with the takeover I would imagine he will be on his way.

Well I have supported them for 62 years and this has been the worst ever week. Defeated by Mansfield, Fleetwood and now MKDons, teams I never even thought we would be playing at this level.
We are abject, too many players who are not up to the required standard, transfer policy is abysmal ( who on earth thought that resigning Graham would enhance the team) Sacking Ross and replacing him with Parkinson, who must be the least inspiring manager ever must be one of the worst decisions the club has ever made.
I fear the rest of this season as i can only see one outcome.

A masterclass ffs. We missed sitters and had numerous chance
Edit. I got the masterclass bit wrong. I saw us going forward mind. Just no-one to score
