'Classic Albums' that really aren't that good

Bat out of Hell. Horrific. Meatloaf stole a career.

OK Computer
I thought this until about 3 months ago when I listened to it for the first time in 20 years. It's f***ing astonishing to me. Easily one of all-time favourites now.

I’m gonna go right out on a limb here and just mention that Abbey Road is probably my favourite Beatles album.
Mine, too.
Lennon hated it, mind. Especially the 2nd half.

Astral Weeks is one of my favourite albums. 👍
I didn't like it that much the only time I listened to it. Moondance, however, is easily in my top 10.

Exile on Main St.
The Stones are an all or nothing band for me. They have some of the greatest songs of all time - dozens of absolute bangers.
But I've never actually liked more than half of any album of theirs.

Seen a video of Brian Joneston last week. Massive gig in river plate. He was wearing a old man hat, waistcoat with no top, baggy stonewashed jeans and shiny cumbersome caterpillar boots. He looked ridiculous
That's his attraction for me. Looks like he should be chanting in a working man's club. Salt of the earth is old Brian

anything by radiohead and red hot chilli peppers spring to mind.
I couldn't agree more about the Peppers but you will be hunted down and dispatched like an escaped pig for the Radiohead slur.

Edit: due to alcohol I appear to have arranged for your capture and subsequent posting somewhere rather than killed. Consider that a very lucky escape.
