Oh Jesus Christ. You lot are more obsessed with some pokey little club from Buckinghamshire than the Mags
This. Summed up in the complete strop that tit Barton threw when their time wasting came back to bite them with our equaliser coming in the six hours of added timeYou didn't see Fleetwood last season then.

Don’t see the animosity to be fair. We would’ve done exactly the same thing.
It's up to referees to stop that though, same with pulis Stoke teams, they'll keep doing it until the authorities stop them. They took advantage of the situation last year and still had to play well to win the play offs. They are a disgrace on the pitch though, masters of the dark arts.
I think the Bradford team we played a couple of times at the start of the millenium (When they had Ashley Ward) were bigger shithouses. Never been so infuriated with another team, they had my blood boiling, I would have started windmilling them if I was on the touchline.
Sour grapes.I am happy for any team to get a bit of success. I have been to literally thousands of games many as a neutral and done all the grounds in the Scottish Leagues and am at the very end of completing the 92 (frustrated by Covid).
I love football and most clubs I have some affinity with but the sort of anti-football played by Wycombe gives the game a bad name and when its rewarded it threatens the game as there is a risk that others will copy it. That anti-football needs a correction in order to stop replication and its seems the Championship is delivering the correction I wanted and football needed
And some wanted ainsworth hereThey have started their Championship debut with 6 straight defeats.
I assume rolling about, feigning injury for up to 10 mins per half, mainly by the keeper, winding oppo players up off the ball and generally doing anything other than trying to engage in a football match does not seem to be working in the Championship?
Long may it continue.
Is it though? Saw an article the other day, Luton have 11 players with over 100 games played for them because alot of their squad were with them in League 2, never mind League 1. Now they are mid table Champo. I reckon Cov will do ok too. Rotherham will struggle, Barnsley and Wycombe both very weak squads. Brutal on Wycombes fans this season.Since we went down and started to look at such things, Luton and Barnsley struggled and Charlton went back down and, this season, Wycombe have no points as yet, Rotherham's one win was against Wycombe and Coventry have 5 points from six games, albeit they've had some tough fixtures.

I think there is a big gap that's getting bigger. Partly, it's financial, of course. I think Barnsley are better than their results suggest. They've been unlucky a couple of times. Luton have started well. I'm not sure any of the promoted sides from last season will do more than struggle. Wycombe look outclassed, they remind me of our 15 point season side but a division lower.
Let's hope they break some records on the way back down. They have started their Championship debut with 6 straight defeats.

lolz you can ask Neil warnock for a definition of anti-football.Sour grapes.
It's not really up to you (or any other fan) to say whether a certain style of play is 'anti football' and needs some sort of 'correction'.
If their style works for them (obviously not this season up to now) then so what - it's up to others to do better.
So long as it's not at our expense, i hope they manage to stay up this season.
