Also aren’t our leagues not having to test and the PL and Championship do? Seems unfair on the teams in the top two leagues to have to mix and increase their chances of exposure.

How much would regular testing cost for EFL clubs? That's pretty much the reason why they aren't.

Clubs should be forced to spend money on testing IMO, take it out of the TV money pool before it's distributed.
