I’m not defending SD and CM, I despise them more than most but from what I’ve seen in person and what was evident on STID the majority of staff they inherited when they bought the club needed to be got rid of and had played a significant role in why the club was on its arse. You say the one your talking about would have worked “wonders” if he had stayed, I would question why he wasn’t doing it already?

I enjoyed CM's rant at the media staff as though it's their fault the club was a mess. Then people complained that they weren't prepared for the meeting, well, probably because the financials have nothing to do with their role. A lot of STID was utter drivel.

Commwrcial side and sponsorship side mainly. Done a fantastic jib at Spurs with helping them with the new ground plus help with New Wembley....but Charlie knows best eh!

No idea tbh. His family lives in London so might still prefer bing down there. Some of the plans were to do with match day catering and the likes and weve just tied ourselves back into the mess of the one we have at the minute again so that wouldn't be able to change anyway.

Have we? Genuine question. I know we're tied back into Coors for supply of the alcohol but I didn't realise the catering contract had been awarded as well

That STID clip was a couple of minutes long and very likely highly edited to fit Methven's narrative. I don't think it reflects the staff's abilities at the club at all personally.
It was a hatchet job on them imo.

Think they're separate. Iirc it's lindlay catering or some such that do all the kiosks. The coors thing is purely about who supplies the alcohol. So, if I'm right, we could still do something different with the catering when it's up for renewal (chances are we won't mind!)
