I'm a bit confused..... what actual money were these Saudis going to spend on the region ? 🤔 they lease the ground (or at least they did order sir john)
they don't own the land around the ground
they don't agave any scope to build around the ground anyway
the money would have just went in foreign mercenaries pockets !??!?!?!
they whomped on about local investment in the area, but it was just a load of old s*it, wasn't it !

I also think he is tremendous. People seem to get offended that he treats the club as a business. They should remember that he is actually a businessman. Quite a successful one too. In his spare time he seems to enjoy pints, curry and the casino. All marvellous activities.
