He is an idiot of the highest order but this is one thing I agree with him on. We are 3 weeks away from the start of the season and yet again another pre season has been ruined by SD trying to flog the club and we are as always rudderless. The likelyhood is that this will be another wasted season. We need a resolution one way or another as soon as possible.

True enough. We never have a proper pre season. No wonder we are shite.

That said, we have no hope at all of even being a proper League One club with SD at the helm; the club is stagnant and hollowed out. So, even any takeover does drag on and stymie the season I'd take that if it happens . We have no future whatsoever with SD, none. So whatever it takes to get a change will be worth bearing in the long run.

Do you think the support would be patient enough to wait for a team full of younguns to get us promoted, assuming they were good enough but it was going to take another say three seasons for them to get us there?

If you get right ones it doesnt take long. Mic Mac brought in Whitehead, Lawrence, Collins, Elliott and played Kyle from within Club. Add to that Neil Collins and occationally Thornton and most of the squad that won league was early 20's at most and very inexperienced. I'm advocating even younger but if good enough they'd be old enough IMO.
EDIT Oh and I'll gaurentee taht they get longer to improve than past it over prices cart horses like Graham.

Looks good on the ball and a bit of pace. Obviously wasn’t tested properly but looks like he can play a bit.

Looked good, passed it well with both feet. Hit the post with a header in the second half. Went in strong a couple of times to win the second ball (could view it as reckless I suppose). He looked to step into the midfield a couple of times too, so definitely wants to play football rather than just hoof it.
Was a little casual getting into space occasionally at the back but looked a cut above Flanagan today for me
