1. As already posted, buying players U21, like Feeney
2. Offering promotion bonuses.

That's just off the top of my head, am sure there'll be more, and well be looking for them.

Cup wins mate. Someone like Danny Graham let's say his salary is the capped £130k a year but he's hopeful of earning £600k. He gets £470k win bonus if we win one single efl trophy game or win one league or fa Cup game. That's about 6 chances at least to get his bonus, everyone else in the squad who needs to earn more than the cap can gave the same deal but with their own specific bonus sum.

Alternatively his wife gets a job for the club "working from home" for £470,000 a year. Hmrc won't care if their getting all that lovely paye and nic.

Bonuses relating to progression in cup competitions or promotion aren't included in the cap, for one. Also, nothing to stop you offering massive promotion pay increases.
Does this cap include the commonly paid end of contract loyalty bonus? If so how will that impact the club over the coming couple of years? as I am sure players like Grigg will have a handsome end of contract loyalty bonus, would be awkward if such payments took us over the salary cap.

Very true but aged has beens won't get us up imo. Our policy of signing players who've been promoted before isn't working so time for something new.
Do you think the support would be patient enough to wait for a team full of younguns to get us promoted, assuming they were good enough but it was going to take another say three seasons for them to get us there?

Pre-existing contracts are valued at the average of the squad limit, so no worries there. Loyalty bonuses on new contracts would be included.
