Do you think Prehab/Magnus are full of shit then, as I find it hard to believe that we're so close to a takeover confirmation and Donald is still talking to two different parties, even more so when we apparently have exclusivity with only one of them.

Last time I saw you this assertive on this thread it was re: Armstrong himself on twitter? I initially found your points intriguing but haven't seen enough over dozens of pages to feel you have any validity. No offence, will be interesting to see the outcome, but from an external perspective you seem like you're chatting BS at this point.
 
I wish that we could get back to preparing for the forthcoming season. Board and club ownership uncertainty only breeds confusion with the players and distracts them in their preparation.

We need focus, so the stakeholders need to act quickly and assertively, one way or the other, in order to get this club aligned with regards to the only task in hand, which is dominance and ultimately promotion from this league.
We need to be prepared, focused and come out of the blocks with early wins under our belt.
 
Not sure how relevant this is but I've been told Phil Parkinson checked in at the Roker Hotel yesterday. Could be nothing but he also seems to think there are some higher ups or "investors" as he calls them that have checked in as well. I know Charlie and Stewart always stay there from when I used to work there so might be something in it. Might line up with the board meeting thats floating around.

While I see where you're coming from I think the current set up has proven they are not fit for purpose. I don't think it's worth losing the opportunity to get new ownership in for the sake of a month or so of short term stability.

The takeover can rumble in to an extent so long as this lot are gone.

Couldn't agree more, sick of the whole sideshow and the sooner all this us resolved the better for everyone.

Since Donald walked through the door there's been talk of another takeover and the consistent state of flux really isn't helpful, even though change is needed.

Purely speculation from me but if Rubberface's source is information indirectly via MG then his info would be from inside one of the consortium's. They wouldn't necessarily have knowledge of what else is going on outside of their own bid.

Prehab/Magnus appear to receive information indirectly from the club so would get the bigger picture.

Magnus is mad Bob isnt he?and the pie fella is his house elf vauxie?...if exclusivity agreement is in place Donald cannot talk to other bidders or let them see the books and a price has been agreed subject to the lawyers not finding any gremlins / hidden debts...is this not how it works?.....rubber boy and prefab cannot both be right...unless there is no exclusivity agreement in place and as far as I am aware it's only barnsy's word we have for this.or has Donald confirmed it?
