Can only hope that Donald has privately conceded to himself that he's not going to get anywhere near the price he wants so is looking to get out with what he can get at this stage.

f***ing hell, after watching him sign Grigg, I hope he has employed someone to negotiate on his behalf. I can just imagine it " Mr Donald, we offer £20 million" "The other group have offered £5 million more than that, I will accept nothing more than £15 million" "Done"

Thats the problem mate you give the info as you get it but even the people around the table don't know what tomorrow brings.
People have to realise things can change in the blink of an eye but if your still confident mate then so am I 👍

Aye, that's the bit I can't figure out. I'm happy enough believing that there is a period of exclusivity because Barnes likely got it directly from Donald. I know he's not always truthful but assuming something is happening there'd be no point in him lying about it.

But as far as I can tell, a period of exclusivity means you can only discuss a deal with that one party. So the idea that both a Mickey Gray fronted group and a Fuhrman/ Sartori group are in discussions would have to be false. Problem with that is that I know both prehab and rubberface and could completely vouch for them having contacts that might know. Fuck knows what's happening!!

Juans already a shareholder. How could exclusivity be applied to the second biggest owner of the club?
 
Barnes’s source is Donald who will be spinning anything he can to strengthen his position, Barnes has to report it unfortunately. I do believe both posters as they are credible as the boys over the road however their is a rabbit of somewhere.
