I don't really know to be honest, it's a weird situation. But if you can look at it from the outside, the vast majority on here know nothing, me included, and we're all getting fed little bits of varying information from multiple people, a lot of which contradict each other. And nobody is giving any proof to back up what they're saying. It's putting the entire fanbase into a frenzy, based on nothing more than hearsay and rumour at this stage. If you can't back up what you have to say, maybe nothing should be said, as it's arguably doing more damage than it's worth. If you or others don't agree, that's fair. You seem like a canny bloke, and once again, I'm not calling you a liar, but you've got to admit, it's f***ing hard believing anyone on here these days.

True. The mag thing didn’t happen because the Saudis pulled out when told to stop bootlegging PL TV coverage.
Though that may just be a smokescreen and a land deal may have contributed. I think that the two developer brothers were more interested in the land than the mags and were piggybacking on the deal. I wadnt be surprised to see as soon as the land deal was done in their interests that they’d sell their 20% in nufc to the Saudis unless the Saudis started making moves on the town moor to build a new stadium and all sorts of socially beneficial stuff all ower Newcastle itself.
All the Saudis have to do is stop the bootlegging cough up a few quid as compo to the other clubs and they’d be in. The govt can’t stand in their way considering the arms were flogging them.

I can't believe someone can be a successful business man and be so petty. Then I remember people saying he was born into it and has just had to keep.his money ticking over.

What a pathetic bloke he is. Quite simply he can't afford to run the club, he might be able to run a normal league 1 club but we have a set up above that so costs are much more. That's even if we forget all the other stuff, he just doesn't have the funds and will continue to strip the club to save.

He gambled and it failed, he could go now and save him self a bit of money.
