I feel like the best outcome for Mr Storey in this story is he might find a shite pub up here somewhere that replaces Shark Energy with Rich Energy in their jaegarbombs.

Ffs man he’s a loon, every single piece of evidence out their tell you that.

Haas claim they did due diligence which means he had money. He also runs superbike teams which suggests he has money. Can you explain how he did that I'd he has a fiver in his account?

I've never once said he's genuine by the way, but not one single person has been able to logically explain the above. They just dismiss everything that doesn't fit the "evidence".

1. Rich Energy's bank balance is £581. (No figures missed off).
2. Rich Energy haven't filed any accounts - even though they are overdue - since 2018.
3. It is impossible to purchase Rich Energy in any shop that I have ever been in.
4. An F1 team went into administration when he was claiming to be interested in buying them because they knew he wasn't credible.
5. When he went to court for stealing the logo of Whyte Bikes, the judge found that he was dishonest- her comments are worth repeating as he seems to have pulled the same stunt on our fans here:
"I found both Mr Storey and Mr Kelly [Storey's friend and logo designer] to be poor witnesses. Mr Storey provided different and inconsistent accounts of the development of [the Rich Energy logo], which also conflicted to a large extent with the evidence of Mr Kelly. He often did not answer questions directly, preferring to make speeches about his vision for his business or alternatively seeking to evade questions by speaking in generalities or in the third person plural. He only answered several questions when I intervened. He had a tendency to make impressive statements, which on further investigation or consideration were not quite what they seemed."
6. He claimed in court that he had sold 90 million cans of his drink. He changed that to three million.
7. He sponsored an F1 team then fell out with the owners of the team, and the other shareholders in his own company.
But apart from that he seems pretty legit to me...

"So - how much do you want for the club?"
"37.6 million. How much do you have?"
"581"
"581 million? That should cover it."
"Er... no... 581. Pounds."

Wish I'd been there.

I reckon Donald was very happy to have Storey out in the public providing cover for his dealings with other interested parties. It also helped him say "if you don't meet my demands I have this crazy guy ready to go."

But once Storey actually showed up in Sunderland, he had to squash it.

Hopefully it means another deal is close.

So, his bid, which he said was welcomed two weeks ago, has only just been submitted.
Can you not say you contacted the club with a bid 2 weeks ago.. the club said they welcomed said proposed bid, then actually submit a bid this week? Im as sceptical as the next man... but can this not be done?
