Disturbing films that have stressed you out?

Eden Lake is pretty fucked up like. Jack O'Connell plays such a good twat that I find it hard to imagine that he might be a canny lad in real life. Despite it seeming to be the case.
Event Horizon stayed with me for a while for some reason. Fuck knows why.

Definitely Come and See. Completely immerses the viewer in the horror of war.

The worst one for it too. The barn scene is mental. Puts you in the moment really.
Have I. Mean more like that centipede shite. Know what you mean though
Ah it could be owt mate. Some films just creep you out that aren’t that bad really
Jaws.
When The Wind Blows.
Threads.
Seven.
AntiChrist.
Human Centipede (didn't go the distance with that one.... lasted about ten minutes.

The Day After - just so so disturbing... I mean WTF!?! The Guttenberg survived the blast wave from a nuclear explosion. Bloke must be a human cockroach.
I feel odd saying this but something felt erotic about the human centipede

Cant remember the name but it was in subtitles as foreign language as lass at work told me about it.

Was horrible 2 lasses got kidnapped and to get them a close to god they tortured them and at the end one of them was skinned alive.

Was proper fucked up.
Definatly martyrs, brilliant film ,american remake is absolute shite, films of note that have disturbed me a little Hills Have Eyes Remake, Eden Lake, Cannibal Holocaust, Old Boy (Original), I saw the Devil and of course a Serbian Film.

Never been disturbed by any film. I’ve seen enough stuff in real life that means films have little if any effect on my mind.

Patch Adams - the nadir of Robin WIlliams' mostly excellent film career. He plays a doctor who cures patients with laughter (making them laugh, he doesn't go up to them and laugh in their faces).
Ereaserhead - the baby in particular but just weird even by Lynch's normal standards.

^this^ Still haven't a clue what it was all about !

The Wicker Man with Ewar Woowoo freaked me out as a kid.

I was used to movies having a happy ending. The hero escapes and wins etc. I was fully expecting the mainland police to sail in and save the day at the end. But he f***ing burned to death.

Ghosts… of the Civil Dead, early John Hillcoat film set in an Australian prison, found this really bleak, has a horrible sense of isolation/emptyness, if I recall it's set in the future but feels really dated - just adds to the depressing tone tbh, great ameo by Nick Cave though.

Quite like the sound of that actually having just read it’s synopsis.
