Funny you should mention Heroes. Me and the Mrs (No) have been rewatching the series recently (due to lack of owt worth watching and she'd never seen it) and I've got to agree.

Heroes was weird. Felt it fell apart then started to put the pieces together again then suddenly went to shit again.
A lot of the more original shows seem to have a really good story for a year then lose track of where to go. It's like they didn't think past that original idea.
