No, they finished 3rd - as they performed better in the matches they played, rather than we did in the matches we played.

People need to get off their imaginary high horse and just accept we weren’t good enough under any scenario. Even if the season played out our form was more indicative of finishing lower rather than higher.

It’s all ifs, buts and maybes - but none of them would have resulted in a positive outcome for us.

Maybe people should concentrate their energy in putting pressure on the owners.

You can think it's wrong or not but it's not Wycombe's fault. They did the same as every other team in the league and voted in their own interests, we'd have done the same in their position.

They finished the season (when they and others voted to finish it) 8th. So no, they didnt perform better than us. They were below us until some astrology-related system put them into a false position.
