Took longer than I thought. Care to stay on topic? Nah, you’ve got nowt else to offer so you’re banging this drum again.

Tedious. Just proves how utterly limited you are.

Still, you might get the likes you’re hunting for.

Fuck off ya sad twat

Ben Alnwick thread? It's just a throwaway comment, man and I in no way expect a discussion on how poor Jak Alnwick was.

Right. So not only do you want her to ignore the concerns of her constituents in parliament, you now want her to push her own hypothetical agenda about the running of Newcastle United.

Bearing in mind this is the exact same subject she got hammered for raising in parliament on here.

That about cover it?

Hypocrisy, you say? I don’t know how you even dare tbh.

Wow! What a post to come online too. Do you honestly believe I am bad mouthing you to get “likes”?
Why don’t you man up and tell Andy H and Julio what exactly you did to a fellow poster from here rather than evading the issue?

Limited I might be, but I have principles, maybe it would do you good to find some yourself from somewhere.

Anyway, back on topic, imo Staveley hasn’t a cat in hells chance of winning her appeal, and if she loses it would she fail the fit and proper persons, or would that not apply.

Finally, please no likes, Sima won’t like it

It's a civil case not criminal so don't think it would apply

What's the point in going over it again? I covered it months ago and it's odd you repeatedly bring it up to stir.

You can tell them with my explicit permission. Unless you can't remember, like which would be weird seeing as you drone on about it often enough.

And, no, it's not a criminal case so it wouldn't in any way impact on the O&D test as far as I am aware.

Playing devil's advocate.

Say Leeds aren't promoted and premier League block takeover. With Stavely being a ripon girl. Could they buy Leeds gets promoted and then nothing the premier League could do as would go via the EFL instead?

Qataris are interested in Leeds iirc.

Of course I can remember it, I can remember exactly what you called her as well, Did you ever apologise to her btw?

The court hearing is riveting, I hope I can find the link again @Sabre Mag

Yeah but if pif have unlimited money. Leeds could soon turn into a realistic back door into the premier League.

I doubt promotion would be blocked due to an owner. Worrying thought for toon fans 😉

By the same token if we get relegated we'd be an easier 'test' too.

Staveley losing the case will have no bearing on the O&D test, it's not dishonest to think you have a claim and for the judge to rule that you don't.
My guess is they will settle once the legal eagles get a idea of their chances.
stuff like this is a numbers game not a winning game. If Barclays lawyers think they have a 50/50 chance of winning and the claim is 1.7 billion they will offer to settle around the 850 million. If they think they have a 90% chance of winning they will offer to settle around the 170 million. If they think they have a 100% chance of winning they won't make an offer.
Staveleys lawyers will accept or refuse the offer depending on what they see their chances are.
