I think I'm changing my mind and cancelling. I hate these bastards for even putting it in my head.

Cue that prick Methven coming out very soon and saying he thought Sunderland fans would support the club and that it's our fault if it goes tits-up.

I’m probably going to cancel, although I’m going to wait until closer to the deadline to make a final decision.

As far as I can see, the only advantage to renewing is you will get access to the SOL if they allow a reduced capacity.

There are certain points in a persons lifetime where you begin to question certain things. mine is ....

"Loyalty."...Massive word in ones life, one I've learned the hard way to overcome. . I've found late on during my life that it usually only ever works one way in most cases. there is the odd exception though i've not found it.

If you have ever owned a business or worked in management at any level you normally tend to rely on certain people you can trust when you need something doing usually by saying "Come on lads/lass'es ,don't do it for me ,do it for the Company".. This could be to help out when short staffed, cover holidays, Births, deaths etc. It is used all the time by those in charge to sustain the business or company..Repeat customers/client /whatever you want to call them to support the business by trading and buying from you is one example. One gaffer where i once worked, many years ago, I recall was nicked named "Balloon". He was named this because he was forever saying to the lads "dont let me down lads" to get jobs done quickly or if he was under the cosh. Yes, Loyalty.

How many times has someone, a friend, relative, acquaintance asked you to go the extra mile due to "Loyalty" ? It could be a best mate asking you to help out with say, putting up bookshelves, helping cover a shift, doing a bit of gardening or working on the car. ..Yes, loyalty.

There is then the down side. When its convenient , those people who asked for your help and good will drop you like a stone. Surplus to requirements they say. Cant afford to keep you. Paid off because the job is done. This "Loyalty" that you gave freely to help out all those times in the past counts for nothing. All forgotten in an instant on a whim when it suits.

This is the way i feel at this minute, from this ticket fiasco these past two days, I feel betrayed by (I'll never say by my Club) these two deceitful charlatans currently controlling the only one true love of my life. I remain "Loyal" to My Club but not these two bastards.

can anyone tell me what the disadvantages to me are if I cancel? Will I lose the discount? Will I not be allowed to have DD set up? What?
 
Noticed on the Wise Men Say podcast the host said something along the lines of, "I don't know why the owners are so fascinated with readytogo", they must look on here.

I like our little chats me and the lad. I agree, it could well be the end for me and the boy. He is never angry about the club until last night.. he was raging. These will be gone soon ,of that i'm sure. Despite rodwell saying the club is safe, I tend to take that with a pinch of salt because after being in business NO company can take a hit like we are going to do with out some sort of problem, don't just ask me GoM would I'm sure tell you the same. Its unsustainable. stick in there.

I was told as much by one of them. When RAWA asked me to go to the meeting this time last year, they were very well aware of who I was.
 
They should have reduced the season ticket prices for fans loyalty over the last 4 years of utter shit.

They should have said due to unprecedented times, We are offering the fans a chance to become a season ticket holder at the cheapest ever rate. They could have priced the 20/21 season tickets at the same price it costs to stream home games (based in the UK) for a full season.

A UK stream is £10, a 22 game season ticket could have been £220 - with access to streams for any fixtures that are behind closed doors.

The chances are you would have got the same number, if not a few thousand more renewing and generating more income. They are likely to lose far more than they even had last year with this message.

Simple maths, 25,000 season ticket holders at £220 generates 5.5 million, 15,000 season ticket holders at £360 generates 5.4 million. Added to tha it would generate a better atmosphere, more bar / catering facilities being used, merchandise being sold etc.

Twats man, completely brainless.

I'd pay if your worried about discounts mate, i really would... I'm more concerned about paying and getting nothing in return except for a shitty video stream for the same price as a season ticket.
