well its not a business eductaion matter to know that tje £20.5m wet to ellis, not to them, so how could they take it?
its also ot theft to buy a business using the cash of that businessa by the way..so o crime or theft involved with the £10m they did take and pay back..
its a lack of moral eductaion to state someone is wose than a sex offender when the havent commited an crime, and as for a con,..they ae £14.5m in the hiole right now..stupidest con i evr heafd of..
the comp[lete amorality of you people is absplutely sickening..

they arent giving the club away..but o fucker wants it..by the way..the £14.5m comes on top of the initial £5m they paid for the club..so just shy of £20m but no one wants it so far..

then move onto the time and effort they have put in..thousads of hours of free labour..from three of them..plus SD paying the wages directly of at least two consultants to the club.very very expensive people..

What I find hard to understand (maybe because I'm a thick Northerner with no business acumen) is what happened with Lee Cattermole?

They had a player in Lee who was contracted to the club, was one of our better players and wanted to stay and play for the club.

Instead of continuing to pay his wages and allowing him to play, they forced him out of the club agreeing to pay his full wages but over a longer period of time.

How does paying a player in full while not having him play for the club help us in any way, other than adding to the clubs debts to be paid down the line (I'm assuming by somebody else)?

Is it any wonder buyers are dubious about the accounts and the valuation of the club with tricks like that going on?

so when ellis took the £20m and said he left the lcub debt free., what do ou call that?
he has made mugs of all of you, including the current owners, who ae very naive people out of thei depth and deeply incompetent..ellis has stitcied them up, and ou lot, for not laimming him.
everyone asks where the £20m is,..we know where it is..ellis has it!
Ellis doesn't have it it went to SBC the bank who were owed the money.

a connmen is someone who commits a crime-care to point me to that crime?
short as very calculating..he took the £20m para money..but left these guys to get the blame for it! people accuse them of taking it-they never saw it-ellis got it! he has stitced them up royally..taken the clubs money and left them to get the blame!
If they'd just told the truth that they'd paid about 20 million for the club then this would never have happened, I would love the opportunity to sit down with Donald and methven just to ask them questions and whilst we did that I'd be able to show them why just telling the f***ing truth would have saved all this trouble.

They're so desperate to appease everyone they've ended up alienating us all.

i agree the £35m price seems exteme..though the clubs equity was valued in the deal at £15m when SD bought it....so someone buying the equity would have that as a reference point. I agree, I dont see how they get from £15m to £35m..i mean the debt is vastly reduced, as are the long run liabilities, and they seem to have net cash on the balance sheet and to have been trading at operatioal break even, none pf which thigs were true before they got here and those are all positives that should make the equity worth much more..the loss of para money income and in particular the vast capital requirements the club will have in years to come, potential hundreds of millions..and the fact that even if all the cash required to get two promotios woks and yiu get to the premier league..safc still doesnt sell out most home games in the premier league and doesnt make a profit in the pemier league, so where would the return come from?
They have massively damaged potential future income by selling our best young assets. Ridiculously short term and bad business

They've essentially fucked the club for the next decade.
If that doesnt tell people they were after flipping the club nothing will. No-one in their right mind would decimate a whole age range of top prospects and then need to spend money to replace for the next decade.

its madness generalyy because one iould be commiting to buying a product without knowing what the poduct actually will be..the onus therefre on the product povider is to sweeten the deal.this doesnt do that..it makes it much orse,,,

you know for a fact pearson anted it?
any evidence?
any evidence hill told them to turn donw pearason?
ainsweoth is a much worse manager than parkinson..and shouldnt have been on the shortlist..
How dare you have the arrogance to ask any poster on here for 'evidence' of something they say?

Your ridiculous, irritating posts and hideous spelling [that you clearly do on purpose] mark you out as an absolute wind-up merchant, and you obviously take satisfaction from annoying people on here. You disappear for long periods, the return and never stop from writing acres and acres of misinformed hyperbole, and clearly see yourself as the fountain of all knowledge on SAFC despite having supposedly never set foot in the SOL.

How sad? How weird?

which best oug assets? maja yes for sure..the academy kids who quit? well they might have made the fade ad its certainl a shame tpop lose them..but no one knows which of them will make it..if any..and they allw anted to leave ayway didnt they? or maybe all bar one or two,...ad they cant be forced to stay...and future owners dont look at gtransfer fees as income..thats one off stuff..they look at recurring revenue..which is the best thing aout safc..how man fans keep coming..take that awa..and tbh there is fuck all left worth owning...

Has the penny finally dropped after today's announcement, you still expect fans to respect the current owners??? They are a f***ing joke bob dont know how anyone can defend them after today like

Today’s announcement have I missed something?

TV revenue, in addition history shows that if we had a capable and committed team on the pitch we'd sell out the SoL no probs
what history? two seaosns in fifty years?
TV revenue is a big amoiunt oif money..but the problem is,..every team gets it if in the top flight..so its not a reason to own safc ahead of any othe team..no does it mean higehr returns from safc relative to an other team..no does it mean safc makes a profit..it couldnt for a decade in the prem last time..there is areason the best run clubs in england have consistentl for the past decade imprioved teir groudns and increased capacit..while safc, having done that under murray..have spunked the money on paying for mostly shit footballers and managers..the oter clubs did itright..safc did it wrong..thats wht safc is in league one..it didnt invest for the future..sell out the ground and that allows you to compete more..

I am genuinely struggling to read that.

It has already been established that we do NOT have to let young players leave, some have been hawked out and the fact that Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal etc want them speaks volumes about their potential. Of course it is only potential but these are players we would love to have representing us if possible.
