Timely reminder that if the current owners of wish to sell to anyone other than FPP, they have to pay back $12m. Until that happens, the club cannot be sold without FPP's say-so.

Didnt somebody on here say fpp were still sniffing around but now with some people who have experience in the footballing world, it seemed too good to be true but it was what they had heard. However as its the echo id put money on this coming from charlie

I just don't think you'd describe that as a group in initial discussions that are very much in their infancy. FPP have been around for ages, done detailed due diligence, invested (loaned) in the club. This sounds like two totally random groups. But everyone knows SAFC has potential and is for sale, I'm sure there's initial enquiries almost every week!

This two interested parties will be a load of shite, remember @kildaremackem telling me we are a basket case of a club to buy and a bad time to buy! It’ll be to try and get people to still purchase our season cards!!

Do you not agree that they'd come up with something more "sexy" to try and sell season cards though? Two unnamed groups at the earliest of stages having a chat with Donald, with no idea of funding or future plans leaked, isn't likely to make anyone grab their wallet if they weren't already intending to renew. I think it's just a crap website filling space

Well he never as if he did it would show on companies house. They are still here with their 10m in the club. One default and its theirs if they want it

Bizarre that really isn’t it. You’d think they’d just pay it back. FPP were interested in him and not the club too iirc.

Remember Nixon said last week watch this space as they try to drum up interest again! FPP still hold all the cards, wouldn’t surprise me if that $12m is what they value the club at.
After all donald only paid £12.7m for his shares!

Probably and I don’t believe a word of it! Looks like we’ll just have to sit tight and see who blinks first between SD and FFP! Hopefully it’s sooner rather than later!

He is f***ing skint man. He will of 100% dipped into it especially now when we have no income coming in. There is not a hope in hell he can pay them back 10m imo

Aye I agree. Just saying all these posts saying FPP hold all the cards etc goes against what Donald has said as he reckoned the money was all there untouched to be paid back.

I do worry about any irreparable damage these clowns have done in trust. These clowns came in promising the world and most of us (including me) lapped it up. I hope any positivity from new owners isn't met with scepticism because of this lot abusing the trust.

FPP in my opinion are just sitting tight knowing he is skint waiting to get a club the size of Sunderland for fuck all (10m)

Exactly what he said few days ago , the whole thing is boring as fuck now , wish sd would leave but can't see it happening anytime soon

I'd imagine FPP will have monthly (or at least quarterly) MI as part of the loan agreement, so will know what the financials are like on an ongoing basis.
