I did say give Jim 6-8 weeks to get things moving he has due to corvid only spent 1 day up here, so lets see how it goes.

ok f off there I gave up

or you posting more negative shit as usual

Different attitide now they have to actually put some graft in to sell?

Hide your head in the sand all you want pal , unfortunately it is happening

I'm not saying it won't happen, just not imminent.
There's more important things got to be sorted out in the game b4 they get the green light.

as before, its your opinion and I respect that.
Bob mate the fans need to know what the plan is for the club, soundbites will not help anyone, Steve dale repeatedly said there were lots of buyers who would buy bury but it never happened, we need to know that there's a plan for a sale and also a plan for not being sold, the plan needs to include what money will be spent, spending isn't a dirty word either it's absolutely essential for a club like ours in a league like this, Stewart Donald saying we have a big budget means nothing when we buy players on frees who have no hope of being with the club long term. Including wages from our premier League years doesn't cut it either, there wages are inflated massively and don't in any way translate Duncan watmore into becoming better than Ivan Toney just because he's in more money.

If they don't intend to spend money then they need to explain how they will gain advantages in signing players, will it be through player analysis, a formula for each position that suits what the manager wants, ever summer we just fill positions with random players who are available, that's shite, we need half of our team to come from the academy or to be picked up young and cheap, this then needs to be complimented by established players who again match the blue print the manager wants for his team.

At the minute they have spent big on will grigg, Charlie wyke and max power, all of whom are performing no better than any of our reserves would have played, Ethan Robson has sat on his arse for 2 years not playing yet we've spent nearly a million pounds on max power who isn't a bad player but was in no way necessary.

Our recruitment is f***ing shite and we never make proactive decisions it's always fire fighting, I would f***ing love to see what actually what goes on at club meetings about strategy and how any footballing employees get assessed.

We spend millions on a category 1 academy to let our players leave with a whimper, so why are we wasting millions with a cat 1 as it's so obviously pointless.

We have wasted millions under Donald and methven then they have the brass neck to tell us fans we don't understand business.

Be years before they win anything, if ever imho. Don't care how much money they throw at it. And FFP will be tightened back within 2 or 3 seasons. Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd, and the big London clubs will always be a bigger pull than the North East of England

You will only get what he’s being fed mate, he’s a Sunderland fan being used by these cretins to peddle their propaganda shite. Expect him to say things will change, just wait, give it time, cliches whilst giving you no confidence that these idiots are “fully committed” to selling as they promised, because they can’t make enough profit yet

@MADBOB THE MAKEM would you mind answering a few questions please?

1. Can you give 3 genuine reasons why we should be pleased with the last 2 years?
2. Why should we give the owner and his CEO more time?
3. Are the absent owners going to fund the club properly
4. Will the owners admit they will sell any player from youth team up to first team because we need the cash?
5. Why have the removed the paying back of the money used?
6. What good things have they achieved since taking over?
7. Does SD personally read this forum?

8) SD when are you f***ing off

sadly to get to that modest aim we have to ship out soo much of the dross brought in by the current regime at all levels of the club.
bad choices, crap appointments, cronyism... all weigh the club down for another year in L1
the clubs growth has been stunted for soo long its easy to forget what momentum is anymore

i dread whats coming next, the mags could be a real force and we are consigned to being a just another "used to be"
I dont think we even class as a used to be anymore

People said similar about Man. City a few years back.

Nailed it marra

You may as well say Benfica or Barcelona as Brentford mate as we're about equally as far away from them

We're just another League One club now mate ala Doncaster or Peterborough. We aren't the big boys people are looking best even as they have and we're potless.
I suppose it arrogance on my behalf to accept that.... But it's fact 3rd season in this tinpot league.
When your owner "borrows" £20m interest free from the business how the hell cam that be good for the business or provide stability let alone growth ?

Charlie's gonk won't be answering many of those... If he does it'll be the usual spin and bullshit
