From what I understand about the incident, the aggrieved party had allegedly been seen stationary in a motor vehicle at the junction on the a690 exist from thorney close. Although this procedure is in line with the Highway Code and road traffic regulations it clearly contravenes the behaviour of the majority of residents when making the quick journey to the Farringdon estate.
