Have they said when you can start doing work in private houses yet?
 
One employer said earlier this week to me he’s having trouble getting lads back as they are using the childcare card to hide behind.
I ask them if they are generally awkward bastardS at work in general and I think you can guess the answer.

Not really, I can't control it. Might happen, might not, if it does I'll just have to find something else. I'm back in now but apparently might be furloughed again in 3 weeks, just got to see what happens
 
I've spoken to agency lads where I work who are hoping for another furlough..what they don't realise is the fact there's not many orders coming into the factory that it could mean them being paid off permanently..to be fair it's some of the younger daft as a brush lads who don't see the consequences..the furlough was a necessity at first..i want a job to go to at the end of this.

People seem to be burying their heads in the sand. I said this would happen. As soon as we were made to go home people have built this bubble and adjusted to doing what they want all day and realised that they can get by on less money.

Loads of people are loving it and will fight tooth and nail to remain where they are. If they are financially forced back into work they’ll start saying they aren’t sending their bairns to school it’s too dangerous. Kids are going to get used as pawns just as lazy fuckers do when they can’t be arsed to come in.

I’ve had a few conference calls recently,they are something I’ve always unofficially refused to have but obvs had to cave in as of late.

they are (imo) an absolute load of bollocks where everyone just agrees with everyone else to get off the phone.Not for me.

I'm shitting myself about mine. I work for a Nissan supplier and I think we could be fucked.

I'd have to break the rules to go back to work like. Can't leave my kids at home on their own and the rules say our childcare are not allowed to be in contact with them.
