That’s where Fred West went wrong, if he’d offered to repoint the houses of victims families everyone would have been happy

The kings of boycotts are saying there's nothing they can do and they have to support NUFC no matter who's the owner.
I think the time to judge Bruce would have been at the end of his 2nd/3rd season if that was possible. His record shows that, generally speaking, he tends to have a decent 1st season and then it tails off.To be honest i've seen as many journalists and pundits defending Bruce criticising Newcastle fans for their obsession with Rafa. Newcastle fans on every other issue would hand on every word shearer says but not if he criticies rafa or praises Bruce. Rafa did an average job for Newcastle. Bruce has done slightly better so far after been given Joelinton to have at his disposal instead of Rondon and Perez.
I would put myself in this bracket although refusing to buzz until it actually happens, once bitten twice shy so to speak.I’ve not yet met one mag whose bothered about the politics of this
They’re all absolutely buzzing their tits off
Nice little nibble therePardew was an appalling individual.
Could tell you a few things about him .... but shhhh......you know the rest .....Nearly bundled a linesman over..... verbally abused the Man City manager ..calling him an old c*nt....tried to headbutt a Hull city player ...ex macken btw .......
I've met a few sportsmen in my time as a few on here probably have....Shearer is good company ..Bruce ..Harper ....your old Gordon Armstrong ...my son played for Wallsend boys club and Armstrong's nephew played for Montague...he was canny crack .......but Pardew????.
Utter shithouse
..you Pepsi or Shirley?I would put myself in this bracket although refusing to buzz until it actually happens, once bitten twice shy so to speak.

In doubt according to the sun (unfortunately)
The fact the FA haven't fucked this bid off already is a joke.
Despite this and many other atrocities, some people are happy to turn a blind eye to it all as long as he throws money into a club to help elevate them a few places further up a ‘sport’ table, and people say the Saudi’s have no moral values.the 59-year-old was murdered and then dismembered. His remains have never been found.
UN Special Rapporteur Agnes Callamard said there was credible evidence that Crown Prince Mohammed and other high-level Saudi officials were individually liable.
and that is just a little bit of the horror they spread
She held a meeting with fans groups and brought someone from Amnesty international. Not sure what was said.Has that stupid bint the Labour MP had her say on it yet?
Given how critical she was in public about Mike Ashley's business practices I'm sure she'll have a lot to say on the mag's potential new owners human rights record??
Was never any chance of it being rejected sadly. The PL is in money trouble so they arent going to reject money.
It makes the brand a lot stronger. But the money goes to Mike Ashley and then to other clubs and mediocre players when they spunk millions. The money does not go to PL unless this makes Newcastle a bigger brand and pushes the price up for the next round of TV contracts (2022-23 season for UK). Personally I think there is a greater probability it will tarnish the EPL brand than make it more attractive.
It makes the brand a lot stronger.
The TV companies know that there will be more people willing to pay to watch a Saudi owned resurgent Newcastle, full stadium, good players playing good football than there would be to watch Ashley owned Newcastle with fan protests, poor players playing dross football.
There will be a hell of a lot of Saudi people that suddenly become Newcastle fans as well, it's being bought by the public investment fund so Saudi's will view it as their team.
Any increase in the competitiveness and quality of the league adds value to the premier league brand.
