Pardew was an appalling individual.
Could tell you a few things about him .... but shhhh......you know the rest .....Nearly bundled a linesman over..... verbally abused the Man City manager ..calling him an old c*nt....tried to headbutt a Hull city player ...ex macken btw .......
I've met a few sportsmen in my time as a few on here probably have....Shearer is good company ..Bruce ..Harper ....your old Gordon Armstrong ...my son played for Wallsend boys club and Armstrong's nephew played for Montague...he was canny crack .......but Pardew????.

The team was at sixes and sevens when he took over, it took him a few games to get them organised but after that they looked a much better side.
He had 10 games and got 13 points, went unbeaten in the last six games which included games against City, Liverpool and Spurs, battered Spurs 5-1 and managed not to lose to you c*nts.
His points ratio if played out of a full season works out at 49.4 which would have seen us finish 11th.

i think with the team he had he did a good job yeh,

Wouldn’t say he was appalling, he’s obviously a good manager.

What I can never get my head around is the desperation some want him back to replace Bruce. They have both basically done similar jobs and I’m not seeing the major difference in either of their Newcastle tenures.

They join the likes of Hughton during Ashley’s tenure - mid table in the prem. The only one to get a European place under Ashley’s leadership was Pardew who is the least popular of the four.

If the takeover goes through and Poch says no, I don’t see the reasoning for going all out for Benitez to be honest.
