If / when it hits the skids it’ll be down to either one of Ashley / Staveley /Reuben / Saudis moving the goalposts.
Not a chance the Premier League would say no when the Saudis are trusted and important Partners of Her majesty’s Government?

It's to difficult to bring moral standards into a legal process because they are entirely subjective.

They could have a rule that say's no countries or states can buy a club but that horse bolted with City and if ours goes through it would seem unfair to bring it in now once two already have.

Hope it does go through this week but I'm not holding my breath.

I think it’s just awaiting the sign off now. Would have been interesting to see what the Americans were saying about what they might have offered.

To be fair to .com they have made virtually no comment on the takeover and have been more believe it when I see it, so for them to put that I take it they have some knowledge from somewhere.

Can’t comment on the aesthetics but it’s still the best Nufc site out there and has been since 1995!

Have it on good authority Freddie Shepherd offered them a lot of money for the domain name and they knocked him back.
