I'd be more than happy with that scenario, that's more of a long term plan than just spunking as much money as possible on anyone half decent.

I would agree if it was us. I just think you have a few supporters expecting that outcome. We probably would have some as well. Those days are gone. You’ll still be a bit more ambitious than under Ashley mind.
It's not going through apparently Ashley has notified that other buyer

cant see it but would be funny 😂

We're looking after the homeless in these tough times.

Get used to it. It'll be weird over the next few years.. it'll be a split of Mags chatting about themselves and us talking SAFC
It wont be that bad. And theres some decent mags on here that I've been around a while.

Those that are new are clearly on the wind up, trying to put the boot in, so it's a shame they're allowed to stay. But clearly they bring traffic to the site so that's clearly what matters.

Don't think this takeover will go ahead :)

BBC have been running it every hour that the Saudi Prince basically killed the reporter and it's unethical. Never seen so much public pressure on the Premier League over a takeover they have to cancel it.

You think the premier league care? Money talks, they don't give a shit about anything else.

There is people dying of a virus and the world is on the verge of collapse. The only concern the FA and the Premier League have is getting the season restarted and keeping the cash following in. The health of their our clubs, players and staff isn't their main concern.

How can I be sure?
In a world that's constantly changing
How can I be sure?
Where I stand with you

How can I be sure?
I really, really, really, wanna know
Really, really, wanna know, yeah

Looks like it could be this week. I wonder if the fit and proper process may be looked at if/when this goes through

I doubt it.

It's to difficult to bring moral standards into a legal process because they are entirely subjective.

They could have a rule that say's no countries or states can buy a club but that horse bolted with City and if ours goes through it would seem unfair to bring it in now once two already have.

Hope it does go through this week but I'm not holding my breath.
