That sounds class but how long are people going to give them to build a good youth system given our current 17-23 year olds haven’t won in nearly two years and most of our top 15-17 year olds have already left.
Remember when we brought that Ajax bloke in under Murray, was the first to ge when things got tough.

Well they'd have to build a solid base to build on which will be for the long term. They'd also need short term solutions for the 1st team
Thats a given for any club I'd have thought.

Of course Rocko, but mainly to generate funds to buy ready made internationals in the Prem....
