he said the EFL thought it would take £50m minimum after looking at the accounts for the next 2 years. They thought they could do it with £25m.

I guess the biggest issue here is that the EFL may not have imagined that they would be quite as nefarious as they have been, but ultimately that is their job, to scrutinise people and stop them taking the piss.
 
Do you think the PL are suddenly on moral grounds going to turn this down while we sell billions of arms to Saudi Arabia, the Government pretty much turned their back and are happy for the deal to go through, unfortunately people are using football and morality in the same sentence.

He's running it now, I don't get involved in financial stuff as haven't got a clue about it. Reading GOM posts he seems to understand it all and doesn't seem to worried

They are promising to invest in the NE something the tories have very little interest in doing and the PL have their usual interest in money.

Ill be surprised if fans are allowed at games this year and by then you'll be sold. It's toxic now. You can see that on this forum and rightly so. He would have choked on his cornflakes this weekend no doubt marra.
