New buyers put off by £20 million hole in accounts

Sartori basically paid one pound for an unlimited home and away season ticket. Canny deal that mind.
This could be the greatest swindle in football since the Kaiser.

But it's not legally owed to the club.

Did the 25 million get used to pay a club debt. Simple answer, yes or no?
It may well not be a legal obligation. It is one, however, they said they would fulfil.

Technically I think that money went to Ellis short.

As you said yourself if hes trying to get the 20 million pound as profit it is a different thing altogether. Does the widely reported minimum 35 million asking price not suggest that is exactly what is going on here?

Oh so Plan B's now based on Fantasy Island....
De Plane Boss, de Plane....
How is it Fantasy Island?

FPP want to buy the club. The Dutch boys want to buy an English club. You asked who was better to run the club than Donald and I gave you 2 realistic options.

They only thing stopping any takeover is the £20m hole in the accounts and the asking price of £35m. Donald has to pay back that money or sell for £15m. He won't do either. He wants £35m and for the new owners to fill the £20m hole.

That's Fantasy Island stuff.

They used it to buy the club. They told us they would drip feed it back into the club when needed. They now have written it off. They told us Sartori bought 20% of the club for £3m but it was only a £1.

They have mislead and lied to the fans from day one. They are a proper set of bastards who should be allowed near any football club.

His silence says it all at the minute. Twitter or no twitter you would have though if it was bull shit he would have at least said something.
He must be shitting himself

If you’d merely read a portion of the thread from the start you’d have known.
Instead you jumped in with an agenda.
This is a problem with some on here. It is a forum and I have opinions I want to air, not an agenda. I have no agenda although I unsuccessfully try to stem negativity about my club, and always have. If I think it's unfair or over the top I jump in. I might be right, I might be wrong but no doubting I love my club. If you are going to criticise my club at any level I expect it to be based on facts and not just shit stirring, or indeed an agenda.

I'm not understanding why they're not braying down the door Boss? £15 - £35m or whatever the real number is, is a snip sweetie.....

Who made you judge and jury??

It’s hardly an internet rumour, it’s a highly publicised piece in the Times, with follow up from certain fan groups based on what has actually been said and done in the past.

Go and do some research then come back.

Read my post again. I'm talking about negative slants and said I might be wrong. In fact, don't bother, I'll not reply. Bored.

It would be pointless if everyone on the board had the same opinion. And whilst when I reply to someone with a different one, it may seem as if I am attacking theirs, I'm not, I like discussion about Sunderland.

However if you go against the grain, it's fair to expect some blow back. The same way those that voiced concerns got it from the majority when they liked SD.

As for facts, it would be a very dull conversation to be had if we were only allowed to speak in them.

Despite what you say, that's exactly what I intend to do going forward. And I can guarantee that even that will perceived as "defending Donald" if said fact does anything less than portraying him as Satan incarnate.

You crack on Gom, I enjoy your posts and take them for what they are and if I agree with them or not.

But if we were only allowed to talk in facts the match thread would be 2 posts long. You deal in facts and I'll deal in interpretation and foresight, wrong or otherwise.

I tend to agree with you and add they have been less than honest in their uttering's and comments.
