Sick of pointing out he's a mag, he spent ages on here pretending to be a Sunderland fan, that says it all. He won't make a point worth arguing, it's a wind up.

If FPP were gonna take us over, I'm sure they'd want it to be sustainable and eventually profitable, but a lot of the talk at the time was they were interested in investing in the region as well. So they weren't gonna be here to try and cynically take money out, that's always more likely with those investors who aren't as wealthy, which we are at the mercy of right now.
I just don’t see any sensible investor making such a large scale commitment to investing in football right now.

That’s your answer to everything isn’t it.

Mags this mags that.

Nothing constructive to add because your mates are getting tarred and feathered.
I think @MADBOB THE MAKEM is right. There has been loads of rubbish spread around and the responses bordering on hysteria.
Why would Sunderland supporters spread this crap?
For example some of the stuff regarding SD and the finances is nonsensical, yet seemingly believed. He is by no means perfect but what is to be gained for a Sunderland supporter to spread lies.
Yes, you do get tarred and feathered for trying to get to the facts and challenging nonsense.

grumps your wasting your time and effort, half of these are mags dressed as SAFC and loads are biting at it.
Bob I have said previous I admire your defence of them, but this is pure nonsense. It’s got fuck all to do with mags, but everything to do with being told untruths, half truths and corportate bullshit. Some of us have now found out, others never had faith in them in the first place, then comes those that are still swallowing their shit. They’ve done fuck all to be deemed a success and make a profit, those that are claiming they do, are more akin to mags than those seeing right through them. You may know some stuff, I haven’t a clue but peddling others as mags stirring is ridiculous in the extreme. We all want what is best for the club, you go from one extreme the other, covering all bases. You’ve previously said we were getting a jaw dropping announcement, you claim that SD knows what he is doing, now you are saying it’s about to get worse. If he knows what he is doing, how can it possible be any worse

The stuff three papers decided to publish yesterday?

I'd agree, but then again, a downturn has always been a good time to be a buyer.

The time to buy is when there's blood in the streets, and all that.
Yes but that blood flows down the streets of many cities that are closer to the Premier League.

Additionally, if there was relative certainty about the growth in football finance and Sunderland’s ability to compete then contrarian philosophy I would agree with.

The stuff three papers decided to publish yesterday?
I'm dubious about that as well. Pretty much same article and presented as a shocking revelation, which it was not. In fact that is a great example and believe the originator is indeed a mag. Craig Hope? Have I got that right? Apologies if not.

So all the press that are revealing these things are mags?
