E-bikes should not provide assistance above 25km/hr Shirley? There are some around that will do so if you flick a switch, but if you do this then it no longer complies with the regulations and would need to be registered, taxed & insured as a motor vehicle & the rider would need motorbike driving license and wear a motorbike helmet. You should have pointed this out to him at the time 😅
It happened in imagination land m8, and there's no speed limit there.

I did think this. He was absolutely flying.

mentioned a few weeks back we encountered someone coming the opposite way who was clearly on a modified e bike...he was flying along up a 3-4% drag on crappy road surface.

He was going that fast me and the missus looked at each other and burst out laughing

Are rivelo shorts any good?

Rivelo and morvelo, 60 quid on sports pursuit. Rivelo slightly better colour.

Rivelo not a patch on Morvelo

Rivelo always heavily discounted on Sports Pursuit...

Bought a pair of bibs Morvelo Nth series and they’re the best I’ve had ( including Rapha, Le Col, Maap and Cafe du Cycliste)

Own a fair few tops and baselayers of theirs and really like their stuff ( pricing policy come down over the last year or so)

saw them..i managed to get a black pair.
Swerved the Navy

bought these also the other week...a bit loud, meaning will wear abroad where you can get away with that, or for turbo. Only paid £40 for them

Try ProBike kit ? They often have some good Morvelo stuff at reduced prices

How did you manage to get them for 40 quid?!

unlike some other brands( Italian particularly) I find Morvelo fairly spot on...a medium fits fine ( Le Col, Castelli etc may well have been a large)

Maybe you have women's legs, my lord

got skinny legs...trying to keep belly at bay.
Being short, going up to a large in certain brands can mean sleeves are too long.

Stolen Goat and Chapeau are good for me sizing wise and British as well 👍

Used to have loads of Rapha and Castelli, but just that ubiquitous now( Castelli in particular)

Any group of riders you seem to see, if not in club kit are all clad in Castelli
