Most SAFC fans i know are pretty clean to be fair. Fumigation would not be necessary sir.
As someone mentioned earlier the Arena is tabled to go. A new stadium there perhaps. Still within the city. Obviously it would not sit well with the traditionalists, my preference would still be to spruce up what we have, however progress often means change. Perhaps the Leazes Park idea could work.

is there enough land where the arena currently stands to build a sixty thousand seat stadium? I know today’s stadia have a relatively small footprint related to capacity, but even so. Then there’s car parks and access.
It seems like a fair piece. In particular the narrative that we are being bought (if it happens) because we are cheaper than the clubs they would have preferred to own.
The thing is the fans have no control over what happens anyway. Would i prefer a new owner like Bill Gates, of course i would. What happens will happen regardless of how the fans feel about it. That said there seems little issue with City's owners (another country with a poor human rights record) or with Chelsea being owned by a Russian who has (most probably) been involved in many deals way beyond shady whilst amassing his fortune.
There will be many supporters uneasy with this. Sadly they tend not to be those who will be seen dressed in a thobe waving green flags around. These supporters will be the ones on back pages of the paper.
As many have said, on numerous occasions, modern top flight football is fucked. It is not a game where supporters are in any way important, or relevant.
