They didnt care about zero hour contracts or how Ashley was a ruthless businessman if he spent money they would have licked his hoop.

Now up on their high horse about shitty workers rights they are happy to jump into bed with a country that only "abolished" slavery in 1962 to under Western pressure but we all know it still goes on.

Made for each other Saudis wanting to sportswash and make people forget about what backwards savages they are and the mags will want to rewrite history again and all those protests will disappear not because of workers rights but because they are getting money.

Onwurah is laughable. She brought up Ashley three f***ing times in Parliament.
She's now "looking forward to working with the Saudis"

The likes of her are the main reason I cancelled my membership of the party. Pure populism and the feathering of their own nests.

Supporting this dispels any notion of morality. When all is said and done they’re happy overlooking human rights abuses, Sportswashing, journalist murders, corruption and oil money, what wenger describes as “financial doping”.........any success they have, they’ve sold their soul. No amount of money can buy that back
 
It's a weird one as I genuinely don't think the people involved in this deal should be allowed to pass a fit and proper test but if it was us getting bought would I be up in arms about it? Don't think I would and don't blame the fans.

What I do find funny though is the fact that they used the workers rights angle to justify their ridiculous protests and actions against Mike Ashley and even had an MP bring it up in the Houses of Parliament for them to now seemingly turn a blind eye to the atrocities the Saudis have brought onto millions.

I wonder what their tame MP will make of the new ownership ( if it happens ) her party generally have made quite clear their stance on human rights generally and the Saudis in particular. Indeed her new boss was a human rights lawyer of some note. I’m gambling we don’t hear a f***ing squeak out of her. Ashley is a twat but I can’t recall him ever having someone murdered, beheaded, or stoned to death. Not to mention lopping off various body parts.
 
All morals go out of the window when fans expect owners will spend big money and bring them success. As long as it doesn't impact them personally, they really don't care.
