Bit like Rafa and the Real job
In that both managers had done enough in their careers to deserve a crack at those roles?Or Allardyce and the England job.
I’m over the moon about the Saudi investment because it’s going to cause an absolute shitstorm for the mags. Amnesty international have already had their say, I fully expect things to ramp up once the takeover goes through.
Harsh truth.99. 9 of the mags couldn't give a flying fuck and we'd be the same. Football fans are only bothered about what happens on the pitch.
It's not harsh it's realityHarsh truth.
Plus human and women's rights abusersI am all for being owned by extremely wealthy people but a country that funds terrorism. No thanks.
We arm them, Sunderland are English. You kind of already do?
More like skunksStinks of mag on here...
try and bend this anyway you like the Saudis are rancid

With Peter glazeDon McClean caught the last train for the coast, with the father, son and the Holy Ghost. Wasn’t aware of his work on Crackerjack. Child of the 90’s.
Obviously not the sanctioning of the murder of journalists, war crimes, etc...What do you think is in the fit and proper persons test?
Not bending anything - I agree. Most of their practices are disgusting, utterly disgusting. Some of ours (selling weapons and arming terrorists, unjust war in Iraq etc) are too. Very few countries are innocent.

Amnesty will havefull scale protests outside before every gameIm sure they'll cope
Hope he makes a comeback up the road. Could you imagine the money he could waste on mediocrity and the boring football he’d churn out if given the chance.I see we're fully into the "rafa was a great Newcastle manager because of what he did at other clubs" cycle again then.![]()

Make the dirty mag protests outside of sports direct look like a nursery outing
I genuinely think people are underestimating what will happen. This is probably Saudi Arabia’s most publicised investment. Saudi Arabia is a major target for Amnesty International and other human rights groups, Newcastle games will now become a focus for their protests, it’s a perfect platform for them to be heard given the worldwide reach of the Premier League.it won’t really. Firstly, people don’t really care who buys football clubs, I’m sure Saudis buy all manner of things that don’t create anything’s no more than a whimper. Secondly, there’s more pressing issues currently taking place.
personally ( whilst I don’t know a great lot of what it is they do ) I’m likewise uneasy about there regimes.
