Never read the TC's mate but it doesnt matter, does it? And " alleged "Is there owt in the SMB terms and conditions about alleged posts on another platform?
Everyone knows it was him ffs.Somewhat yeah, as annoying as that is. Otherwise there is no proof it was him. I could make an account in your name and do it etc, where do you draw the line? They can only really police what happens here.
quoting a legal document isnt straw clutching..
stavely is in for 1o per cent..or £30m..
she paid £13m as a deposit..ad ashley loaned her £17m..secured against the legal case she is taking with barclays..
she places a value of £150m on the legal case..but no one knows what happens with it..there is obviously a lot of margin for error...which is why a puattive £150m asset is being used as collateral for a £17m loan.
The point I am making is people will remember things fondly for different reasons, successful or not. I/We never expected to win it, whatever happened we were proud of getting there and playing in the competition.
You were expected to perform better than Kiev. Hamilton Hislop Tomasson your subs cost more than their starting 11 combined
The types of deal that has just seen man city kicked out of the champions league for two years. The Saudi Fund no doubt has lots of money but how much of it they want to waste throwing at a football club is a matter for debate. Ashley has billions but he was more sensible that to pump good after bad into it.
The 97 team had Rebrov and a certain Shevchenko up front. They were not pushovers.
my sources are the press....and the company filings..the latter are legallly binding. Why are you still days later pretending you know anything when it was well established multiple times on here that you do not? Nobody does. If you want comprehensive break downs of the deal etc look to the press and hopefully more reasoned opinions and explanations than this fella. As already established many times on this thread there are a whole host of reasons why a loan like this may exist but the reality is nobody knows.
And?
Shearer
Speed
Barton
Peacock
Given
Asprilla
Batty
You had the much more expensive squad
Man City, Man Utd and Liverpool had a more expensive squad than Leicester - what's your point?
And they failed that season
Thanks for proving my point![]()
Why don't you and all your little "new member", "reserve squad","goalkeeper" little pricks fuck off and reminisce on your own board then. No one here gives a fuck there's more important things to think about nowStill my favourite NUFC moment probably. Not that I really remember it haha
It happens mate, look at your current squad and predicament. Lesser teams can win, it happens. It doesn't detract from the good parts of our runs. Of course I don't remember those bits fondly, I remember the hat trick etc.
Well, given the structure of the deal and the fact they're handing over 20% of the club, I'd say we're looking at something that's more of an investment than a toy.
Maybe it's because they don't give a fuck, but I'm surprised how much the Saudi Fund has been mentioned as well. All it's done at this point is remind everyone of some of the shit things they've done in the past. I expected they'd have a Mansour like figurehead, but that doesn't appear to be the case. It doesn't really appear to be in their interest to have their name out there so openly.
Whole thing is pretty interesting really. Definitely more to it than meets the eye.

You got knocked out at the group stages![]()
Once at the second-round group stages though, before the format changed to only one group stage. Some decent memories of that campaign too - Feyenoord away, Inter away, etc.
Eddie Hearn, who’s had dealings with the Saudis seems to think that’s exactly what they’ll do.I think people forget the Saudis have to have the biggest and best of everything. I cant see them investing in a team and not trying to make it the biggest club they can. That's what scares me.
