Havent really read up on it tbh just a few things I seen briefly mentioned but some sort of loan was one of them

Why is he loaning her 17m then surely one of her mates from the richest consortium in the world can sub the moose faced munter

A Barca side that finished bottom of a group including PSV and Kiev probably their most embarrassing European campaign ever doubt they look back in awe of losing to a club that's won nowt in 60yr+

This isn't just about your takeover but about football in general. When Ellis Short bought us we started bringing in players I never thought we could attract to our club but the majority of players weren't here for the foobtall club but more because of wages. Footballers are millionaires and once they are at that level they don't have to try. They've become so far distanced from supporters it's not the game as we know it anymore. The best football I've seen play for this club is footballers who have taken the club to their heart. Niall Quinn, Jermaine Defoe, Kevin Ball, Kevin Phillips to name a few.

stavely is in for 1o per cent..or £30m..
she paid £13m as a deposit..ad ashley loaned her £17m..secured against the legal case she is taking with barclays..
she places a value of £150m on the legal case..but no one knows what happens with it..there is obviously a lot of margin for error...which is why a puattive £150m asset is being used as collateral for a £17m loan.

The point I am making is people will remember things fondly for different reasons, successful or not. I/We never expected to win it, whatever happened we were proud of getting there and playing in the competition.
