Nope best you can hope for IMO is best we can ever hope for and that's comfortable top 10 finishes consistently and hoping to get into europe.
That would be brilliant anyway from a fans point as we accept never gonna win the title or champions league so may aswell enjoy European games.

Bookmark this, it will end in tears. Gone are the days of just buying the league. The Saudis I doubt even have much knowledge of football and have bought the club as a one upmanship on other Arabs. They will get bored quickly in the highly likely event there isn't success within a season or two and likely will sack managers at the drop of a hat. If this was 15 years ago I would have been worried but now FFP means the big clubs is an exclusive group which is near impossible to join.
