Weird that some parrot information without even doubting the veracity of it.

One theory behind could be that it's absolute fiction. But, hey, let's not speculate.

aye people keep saying this..ignoring the multiple exam[les of clubs who havent found a way around it..like man city..

uefa do actually care about this rule..and of course all of the other clubs currently dominating and with decades of experiece of football politics will make sure the rules are enforced against insurgent threats,,,if thats what newcastle turn out to be...
I'm not saying they won't get punished but they'll potentially have the money to laugh at the punishments.

Is someone talking about me? I have a setting on where if someone has made less than 500 posts it filters it out.

Tends to get rid of the dafties imo.

the onluy curiosity is staveley having to borrow money for her share..doesnt make her much of a player if she cant find £30m...
yet the others..who actually have cash..are still letting her in..

Kieran Maguire on twitter was saying that the money being moved from NUFC to PCP could be the transferring of the debt that NUFC owes to Ashley rather than a loan to buy the club.
I don't know either way.

i dont know either..except its not the same amount..at the last set of accounts mags owed ashley £144m..this amount is much lower than that..also its called a "vendor loan" in the paperwork..

Thinking about the points I've raised, do you think the box man might be talking shite?
Are you even questioning the source?

I’m not questioning my mag cousin. His boss could well and truly be talking shite.

You don’t have to believe it, fwiw, I can believe that Ashley will pull a stunt like this, Eg, have the club but my sports direct logs stay etc.

I thought it was £150m in the paperwork?
the security for the loan is worth £150m..thats the collateral..
doesnt mean the loan is that amout..indedd one would expect the collateral to be worth more than the full loan amout when the collateral is something as ropey as the proceeds of a court case that isnt over..

It looks like FFP is going on the back burner so the money comes back in to football to get it all started again..
I did read that somewhere....not making it up...

It's only to help cash-strapped football clubs. They'll not allow a Man City spending spree

Embodies more than football, as much as a city, a a very strong regional identity and culture.

Parallels with Dortmund, Marseille, Napoli, Bilbao etc
You dont half overplay your hand with this one marra. Less than 12 hours ago it was Liverpool and Glasgow, now it's the 4 referenced above. Any more to chuck in by 10 o clock tonight?

why would the ma city owners..who rule a completely different cpopuntry to saudi..have to bow to the saudi king?
Man city owner is simply a member of the royal family, of Abu Dhabi and would without doubt be expected to bow in front of the King of any one of the 22 Arab states.

Well that's good ,....they need help
But FFP ...there is ways round it.... sponsorship etc.
I do think the rules on it will be slackened....

Man city tried that and are banned from the champions league for 2 seasons and fined £25 million. They can also enforce a transfer embargo

They’ll walk round ffp, assuming these are the real deal they’ll use every trick in the book. Don’t forget City only got caught because of thick ***** sending emails that weren’t properly hidden

The most depressing part (if the more heady predictions are accurate) for me is the inward investment that’ll flow towards Tyneside rather than Wearside. The most exciting part of the Dell story was the talk of legacy projects and investing in the area.

The potential sportwashing is awful on every level for SAFC and the city as a whole.
