So you only lend a fraction of the value,

Simple yes/no question. Has Ashley loaned cash or shares in Newcastle to Amanda Staveley?

Yes, but to automatically assume that's a negative in anyway is a guess. You aren't involved in the deal. Your red and white tinted glasses will see whatever you want to, just as they managed to see positives in Donald's shit takeover.

The point I was making from the absolute start is that nobody knows. There is no need to wade in acting like you know something when you don't - nobody does.

I wasn't saying if it was negative, and it certainly wasn't my intention. I was saying it was unusual, and a bit odd. Which it is, and, given past experience, it wouldn't be beyond Ashley to be pulling a fast one somehow.

It wasn’t intentional like, I’ll give you that.
It was intentional to pull someone one up for being very impolite by calling someone a liar without cause and lacking respect. You might regard it as ironic I did not show your mate the same level of respect but their comments do not warrant respect.

He hasn’t. At no point as far as I can see put any negative spin on it or stated he knows anything about it other than what’s there. I think you’re seeing his posts as you want to if anything.

What it says for certain is that Ashley has loaned something to Staveley. Either cash to buy shares in Newcastle United Ltd or the shares themselves. The speculative part is trying to work out why.
The Sun (I know) are suggesting Staveley has put £17 million in and loaned £13 million, to be repaid, plus interest, by proceeds from the court case.

What if she loses the case?

No but Newcastle, a bit like Liverpool, is an incendiary place once the club and fan base are in it together. It is good for the well being and personality of the city.
Come on, you're not comparing yourselves to Liverpoool now are you? They spent the 70s and 80s being the best team in the country and winning big things every decade since where as you...didn't. You're not the only place to care about your football club. It means nowt.

I have never stated otherwise, neither does he. Nobody does. What's being reported is only hearsay. At least I'm not acting like I do.
he was commenting on the only thing in this which is not hearsay..which is that ashley has loaned cash or shares to staveley....thats a fact..everything else is hearsay..

One of his first posts made out the owners were broke. He stated something along the lines of 'they had to borrow money to purchase the club. Great Start.

That's a negative spin - he is implying they do not have the funds to buy the club, quite clearly. He knows fuck all yet is acting like he does.

They’d have to spend fortunes to get anywhere near City or Liverpool’s side to win anything. And if Ashley’s loaned them the money in return for Sports Direct involvement like Luke Edwards is reporting, they can’t have that much financial clout behind them.
They have more money than you can imagine, the crown prince "mbs" makes the man City owners look like pawpers, my pal is over there and works for a facilities company that looks after a Palace or 2 I asked him what he thought his reply was 350 is pocket change, he will buy it just to make man City look small fry and its a dick swinging game, they aparently tried to buy man utd for 3 billion but the sugars said no, he's just spent a billion to refurb one of his palaces, the only plus point is there fees and salarys will go through the roof and that doesn't garrentee anything
What the mags do doesn't really interest me, its what we do that gives me sleepless nights

Precisely, daft comparisons with Chelsea are pointless. It is a club that could not get close to the fervency of Newcastle and Sunderland.
Doesn't that support my point? Fans don't like to hear this but the crowd doesn't win games of football. It what happens on the pitch that counts.
