Have asked people not to go A&E

I stay quite chipper through most of this but that’s terrifying đŸ˜¬

Hopefully not long term.
Hospitals tend to do this from time to time, however the media will pick up on anything linked at the moment. The one a few weeks ago was a false alarm (from a Coronavirus perspective), which might not be the case here, sadly.

It's reasonable to assume it will be some sort of malfunction rather than running out imminently.
Please don't speculate. This is very real to us. Our local minor injuries clinic is also closed so staff could be diverted to Watford General.

As of today, 31 people have died of CV at the three hospitals run by the West Herts NHS Trust.
perhaps someone's forgot to order extra. they'll be using more of it so it's a possibility.
Ditto.

The Trust have said they will release more info soon. Let's wait and see what they say.

Sorry Janey, appreciate this will be a massive concern if local to the situation. You take care.

i'd imagine if that is the case they'd have the levels back up within a few hours. fingers crossed.
This is also speculation.

Thank you. It's like a piece of the safety net that you take completely for granted is suddenly no longer there. It shakes your world view just that little bit. However, me and mine are in good health, we're being sensible, and there's no reason why we should need NHS emergency care in the near future.

That's horrible!

Stay home and stay safe best way not to over stretch NHS even further.

It angers me all those idiots going out for one last pint... how many people will have died because of each person that went out that night!

Should be bloody ashamed of themselves!
